Ricardo Senerman
Ricardo is a dynamic entrepreneur and engineer with a wealth of experience in business and management. He is the director of multiple large companies and has navigated the complex challenges of business and human interactions in his various roles as an executive. Ricardo has a deep understanding of the complexities of emotions that come up with our professions, and how to navigate complex situations at work.
He has executive degrees from both Harvard and INSEAD, in organizational change and human impact. Through his work and research, he has gained valuable insights into the intricacies of organizational dynamics and leadership. He applies this knowledge by coaching executives and consulting for business organizations.

Paula is a seasoned clinical and organizational coach who has dedicated her career to researching and working with executives and companies. Her expertise lies in understanding how our personal traits, the roles we play, and the context in which we operate combine to create a complex yet rich source of possibilities for fulfilling our highest aspirations.
With extensive technical expertise, Paula is certified in world-class assessments such as Hogan, Birkman, and Success which allow her to understand the deep interactions between our strengths, passions, fears, and potential. Paula enhances her clients' self-awareness and helps them create and develop action plans to achieve their goals over the long term.
